DNA Chisel: library for DNA constraint optimization

DNA Chisel is a library for modifying DNA sequences to conform to a set of constraints, optionally maximizing an objective function. For example, it can be used to optimize the codon usage of a gene for a particular organism subject to the constraint that the gene must not contain a particular restriction enzyme cut site.
